COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced) is one of the most prestigious and competitive engineering entrance exams in India. It serves as the gateway for admission to the esteemed Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), renowned as premier engineering institutions in the country.
The IITs are institutions of national importance, established under an Act of Parliament to promote excellence in education and research. Currently, there are 23 IITs across India, and admission to these institutes is conducted through a rigorous two-stage examination process. JEE Advanced not only evaluates students’ academic knowledge but also tests their analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In the JEE Main 2024, approximately 13 lakh students appeared, out of which around 2.5 lakh qualified to take the JEE Advanced. Of these, nearly 48,248 candidates successfully qualified for admission.
